Cardiff schizophrenia samples include genomic assessments on 18K cases (with 8K more in progress). Of particular interest are 1,400 trios and 200 quads with DSM-IV schizophrenia (the latter with genome sequencing) ideally suited to detect de novo variants. Standard assessments of ID and autism were available along with cognitive testing and brain MRI on subsets of these samples.
